Job Title: Receptionist / Sales Administrator

Location: Ekurhuleni (East Rand), South Africa

Role Duties: 

  • Receptionist / Switch Board Operator
  • Relaying telephone / E-Mail messages to staff 
  • Assisting with sales administration
  • Typing of sales and general documents, Control enquiry documents and general documents; fax, file, distribution
  • Distribution of company mail
  • Assistance with sales and customer enquiries
  • Capturing Orders onto Pastel system
  • Expediting Order Acknowledgments to clients
  • Compiling Customer Data Books
  • PA Assistance to Managing Director
  • Time keeping and work ethic, always upheld
  • In addition you shall be required to carry out a wide range of other functions associated to sales and administration that may be allocated to you from time to time

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Recognized matric certificate
  • Fully computer literate /proficient typing skills
  • Pastel literacy is a plus
  • Friendly and confident personality to work with customers
  • Must be enthusiastic and keen to assist customers with service

Salary/Wage:
